One light flashes every 2 minutes and another light flashes every 7 minutes. If both lights flash together at 1 PM, what is the first time after 3PM that both lights flash together?

Hi Minnie,
In our Singapore syllabus, kids first learn the concept of Factors & Multiples in Primary 4 (Grade 4). However, this question is a tad harder than the usual Grade 4 questions, so it could be given to the Grade 5 and Grade 6 pupils and some high achievers in Grade 4.
